As I recall, the “Stealer of Elections” broke MULTIPLE regulations/laws in that cycle, items put in to require a contemporary counting so as to avoid post-election fraud. This elected ‘D’onkey Party functionary basically ignored them all and locked the doors of her ‘castle’ for ‘security’!
You know something is wrong when they have to put up baggage to block the view of people observing the vote count. Same thing happened two years later in Philly and other cities.
