Unless you can demonstrate that all political demonstrators guilty of the same misdemeanor over the past year across the land received similar sentence I’ll continue to not give a crap what the sentencing guidelines in this case are.

I highly doubt the courts are going to care what you or I think about their sentencing guidelines.
