There’s still the carbon credits refiners are forced to buy. I read it translates into an extra $1 per gallon.
A slightly saner approach than Biden's. Would be better to see Boris or some other chief governmental type insist that nuclear be an unalterable part of any so-called climate pledge. The present crisis may delay the sunsetting of oil and gas (it shouldn't, but the unarrested slide to the left likely ensures it), but the only way to ensure sufficient energy without oil is nuclear. Enviros insist on their climate pledges and zero-carbon; they need to be made to compromise and accept nuclear, otherwise no pledges.
At least the Brits are admitting that their climate Nazis are to be ignored.
I, of course, want to do better. First, ignore our climate Nazis, and second, find their slimy left leaning science ignorant asses, and make them squeal, cry, weep, gnash their teeth, and commit sepuku.
All in the same day.
