He would have to fire fully half of DC his first day, all the way down to G-10. Then fire the entire Senior Executive Service and all their staffs.
I’m not even sure if that would do it. The rot in our government is too deep and too wide to be excised anymore.

In past I’d read that Fed rate changes take effect 12-18 months later. If so, this will burn us into the next Congress and help Dems make an argument that all this isn’t their fault after all since see, the Rs made it “worse.”
