The sooner the Neocons face up to the REALITY on the ground, the more chance there will be for some kind of Ukraine to exist, once Russia lays out their surrender terms.

There will be zero chance for Ukraine to exist a few years down the road when Russia does this all over again, just from a better starting position.
Might as well take as many Russians with them as they can.
