Nobody in DC, Dem or Republican cares. The republicans are not better than the dems. They only care about their power and their income - not that their income is taxed.
"Mostly Peaceful Protestors" (tm) are already unlawful when assembled near the residences of the Supreme Court Justices. Those laws mean nothing.
The Court can make any ruling they want. Enforcement is up to the executive branch.
The Executive branch has made it crystal clear that they approve of violent intimidation, directed at the Courts, if they rule the "wrong" way.
