The Epoch Times knows not of what it speaks. China is the world’s largest producer of wheat and rice. The U.S. is the world’s largest producer of corn and soybeans. Brazil is a huge producer as well and, like the U.S. and China, it is big enough to be a player across the spectrum. India is a huge grains producer as well but consumes most of its output domestically. Argentina, Ukraine, Russia and Canada are major exporters. Brazil is important, yes, but it only one major player among several.
