We ran into that issue last year when the door handles and locks were not working or broken on our 15 year old insulated glass doors.
Our wooden door guy told us to order the handles and door locks from Amazon and get a few extra. Then, give him a call, and he would personally install them over a few weeks. He got a nice be my guest for dinner certificate besides a normal home charge.
