Perhaps the Deep State’s talking points were too complex for Biden to memorize. He needs more coaching.
Memorize? I don’t think that there is any attempt by the White House to have Biden memorize anything. He reads almost everything from his giant flat screen TV type Teleprompter or from cards or a digital notepad. The only things that Biden can say off the cuff are platitudes that he’s been saying all his life.
