When I lived in Gitmo as a lad, we could pick up Cuban television. They had cartoons showing Fidel beating up Uncle Sam, much like Popeye beating the bad guys up.

It was kind of entertaining. The only American cartoons we were able to watch were Felix The Cat & Crusader Rabbit. They were kind of lame.
