Pelosi is charged with two misdemeanors, one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or higher, and was given $5000 bail.

That seems like he’s being charged twice for the same thing. I’m sure one of the more legally minded FReepers can explain it.
