As if they didn’t know exactly who Sussman was and who he worked for.

He aided it by doing nothing other then being a placeholder. Sessions was better then this thing scraped off H.W.’s backside. Which is saying something because sessions suckedSessions was better only because Sessions told us at the beginning that he would do nothing. Barr pretended that he would do something and then he didn't.

The real problem was Jeff Sessions. The moment that idiot appointed Mueller, he tied the hands of the rest of the Administration. Barr and Durham are both very experienced guys, and knew they'd have issues with obstruction of justice if they had started their investigation before the first one was complete, and before the Carter Page issue was resolved.
