I have a table showing the population change in the Georgia counties between the 2010 and 2020 Censuses.
We can take a look at that in the future, if we get a chance.
I like to take those things into account, BTW. I worked the last two Censuses, so I'm aware that things change. More aware than most.
The program note for a Census population change is that a population increase/decrease INCLUDES non-voters, such as children and people who don't register to vote.
I like to use between 40 and 50 percent, leaning toward 40 percent.
