I had an incident in the park last week. A man walking towards me asked if he could ask me a question and before I could answer proceeded to say something rather inappropriate. (But something I’ve read before on here so I knew what he meant). He was a coward to approach a woman alone whom he did not know.
I wasn’t alarmed but I also knew NOT to engage a man clearly this unstable. Women have to be on guard about that possibility.
If you aren’t legally armed, you need to be. And don’t forget about training, either. I don’t just mean trading with a weapon, you must train with your mind, as well.
Check out the USCCA, they’ve been around a number of years, with experts on legal issues, and not only firearms training, but hand-to-hand training that is simple to understand.
There are three levels of coverage they cover, with legal representation.
Also a really great magazine with a sizable section written for women.
