He’ll be humiliated worse than Jeb.
Since Biden chose “Heels Up” Harris
Pence should choose as a running mate, who?
Kim Kardashian?
Linda Lovelace?
Monica Lewinsky?
Anyone have suggestions?
Mike,
You’ve got a fork sticking in you. You’re done.
You have to remember, it’s known that he doesn’t like to be in the presence of other women when his wife is not with him.
Caitlyn Jenner?
Good luck to posting about columns you don’t read.
Guess you don't remember how he acted when Trump gave him the poor after the election, huh?
at no time did Cruz sabotage trump, theses other idiots did. bad blood yes but Cruz did not take it out on the agenda going through congress.
He will win as many delegates as the current VP.
Now that is funny!!
Good one.
Therefore, mentioning "civil war" and "1861" in this context is like a used car salesman's bait and switch. Just a dramatic tease before the big letdown that they weren't really talking about an actual 1861-style civil war, and nobody will actually be marching on Richmond.
Never liked him from the beginning because he pretended Jesus Christ was his biggest donor. To me that is a red flag, no different than a televangelist.
Except Lovelace is dead.🙄
Cruz is a politician and a Canadian not a NBC yet we have all those Constitution experts here that insist we must obey the Constitution while our enemies use that against us but carry on. The Cruzer's here were ruthless and some still are.
The idea that team Trump was asking or urging Pence to block anything is a fake news narrative.
Pence wasn’t in a position to block or decide anything - “presiding” doesn’t give you the power to decide or block anything, and nobody on team Trump ever had any illusion that Pence had any such authority.
But “presiding” does give you a voice - a “bully pulpit”. You can advocate. You can present your strong beliefs. You can persuade. You can urge caution. You can express your own opinion.
Think of the Speaker of the House, or the Senate Majority leader - they never limit their role to presiding over procedural matters - they aren’t under any obligation to be impartial. They advocate. They make their case - they try to persuade. They fight for their cause. There is nothing wrong with that.
If Mike Pence were any other VP, whose administration had just been robbed of a second term - you can bet he would have used his bully pulpit to advocate for justice. He would have used his time to urge the Senate not to be so hasty - to warn them they were about to make a catastrophic mistake.
Pence was in the perfect position to do that. He could have presented the written objections he had received from certain state legislators, and doing so would not have been an abuse of his role as president of the Senate.
But he did not do any of that - instead he threw his own administration under the bus - and there can only be two explanations:
1) Pence is an utter moron, and truly believed they lost fair and square - that Joe Biden got 81 million actual votes - and that President Trump was just a sore loser.
2) Pence was in on the insurrection all along, and for four years had been standing by to deliver the kill shot if the opportunity arose.
I think it is 1): He’s a moron.
Asphyxiation?
Car crash as I understand it.🤔
