Yes there is. The court may revisit a previous case. If you believe that the 2020 presidential election steal which was effectively an overthrow of the US govt can be allowed to stand and we can move on to 2022 and 2024 you are extremely naive.
The US government is currently a captured operation. The insurrection was November 3, 2020. The cover up was January 6, 2021.
Many things can and likely will happen this year. What if Trump comes out waving his PEADs and says he’s the president in exile. You cannot have two presidents. The Supreme Court would be forced to take it up.
There are a few ways this could play out but the end result must be the removal of the illegal criminal Biden regime and the reinstatement of Donald Trump. Otherwise the Republic is gone. We will have to see how it evolves but it has to happen.
