The Conservative Treehouse revisited the question that all of America is asking. If you spent so much money and time and resources, how did you not determine that Hillary Clinton was behind the Trump – Russia collusion sham?

How did Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissmann spend 2 years investigating Trump-Russia; with a team of 19 lawyers, $40 million in resources, 40 FBI agents, 2,800 subpoenas, 500 search warrants and 500 witnesses; and not find out that Hillary Clinton created the hoax they were investigating?

It is possible, I suppose, that Mueller and Company did not know that Hillary was the author of The scam. For that to happen, the FBI bureaucracy, for whom Mueller had the big man crush, might have taken it upon itself to torpedo Trump. And at the time that was considered not only a valid effort, but that no one would ever question the FBI as long as it could justify its sabotage using evidence, no matter how ephemeral.
During the course of Mueller’s investigation, he may have discovered that the plot was actually engineered by Hillary. But he could not reveal that either, because that would make it look like the FBI was a bunch of bumbling incompetents for not having discovered that much earlier. Her use of Perkins Coie as a cutout, and Fusion GPS was in truth fairly adroitly handled, like it or not. Hillary was never going to be prosecuted. That is just the overriding reality that must be seen. If not accepted.

Robert Mueller looked as cognizant as Biden does now during the hearings.
The answer is pretty obvious.
One of the major purposes was to locate and destroy evidence of Democrat wrongdoing. I am surprised that Durham has been able to bring any prosecution at all given the extraordinary efforts of the Mueller team.
