Giving false information to the press is not a crime. The press not doing it job not vetting information is not a crime, it now standard practice. A lie to the fbi can be a crime, a lie from a politically connected lawyer is to the fbi may be a crime. The bigger crime, the not so hidden conspiracy, is on the 7th floor of the FBI, the using leadership powers to go after one parties candidate is at the wink and nod of fbi leadership.

There is no statue of limitations for treason. But even so I agree that there is little probability that Hellary will be tried, convicted, and sentenced to hang for her crimes.
The false investigations were the Democrats' strategy to keep President Trump from investigating their actions by putting him under investigation first.
By doing that, they were able to force his AG to recuse himself (putting a Democrat-friendly accomplice in his place), and scare Republicans in Congress into distancing themselves from him, going so far as to get Republicans to demand that Trump not fire anybody.
Those investigations were meant to turn any Trump defense into an incrimination of his guilt to the public, while any exposure of Democrat dirty tricks would be waived away as Trump lies to save himself.

There is no treason.
It is not possible for Hillary to pay for her crimes and the people she has decimated on this earth. She won’t live long enough, for one thing, and you cannot torture and kill her more than once. She will, however, face the same just and loving God we will all face. It’s up to Him.

The meeting between Sussmann and the FBI when the lie allegedly occurred took place on September 19, 2016.
Durham indicted Sussmann on September 16, 2021, just shy of five years later. The indictment was timed to beat the statute of limitations. The clock stopped once the charges were filed.
