It would appear that Qatar wants some ‘conditions’ (no one says what). Wouldn’t surprise me if easy visas/movement into Germany is one of them.

Donetsk Separatists, and the Luhansk Separatists are 1st Army Core and 2nd Army Core respectively.

Those numbers are likely very low: both have been ordered to do suicide attacks against UA bunkers, trenches and strongholds.
Their function is basically to keep UA forces on defensive and unable to move around as reinforcements. No body cares if they die. They are forbidden to enter Russia on pain of being shot on sight.

A comment on supplying funds and equipment for Ukraine
1) Supplying Ukraine with arms is the best “bang for the buck” the Pentagon will ever see. At worst,
2) Russia’s conventional forces are vastly degraded
3) They are exposed to have been a “paper tiger”
4) They lack the revenue stream to significantly reform and rearm
5 America can confidently drawdown ground and air forces from Europe knowing European forces can handle Russia by themselves

They made about 3000 Orlon-10s, plus the other versions Orlon-20, Orlon-30.
So far they have only lost a handful that have been documented as destroyed
If true, it will like most of the other heavy weapons arrive until July and then will be some period of training on each system, then, fielded, it will be a while before the crews have enough practice to be proficient.
None of that will enable the UA to conduct attacks - they just have no practice at that sort of maneuver (attacking is complex); they will take big losses in the attempts.
That is absurd!
Qatar is a wealthy nation, with a higher per-capita income than Germany, and the fourth-highest in the world!
There might be some minor bureaucratic obstacles for tourists from Qatar wishing to enter the Schengen Area (which includes Germany), but your implication that Qatari nationals might wish to flee to Germany and register as refugees or seek employment is ridiculous.
