Twenty years ago or so, I read that if the land area of Texas was completely used to build normal middle class subdivisons on it that everyone in the world could live there in those subdivisions.

Imagine that.(If true)

The land area of Texas is hard to imagine. I get a reminder every time I cross into Texas from Louisiana.
There's a sign just inside the Texas state line, going west, that says, El Paso 857 miles.
The UK including Scotland, Ireland and all the Islands in the north is only 610 miles from one end to the other.

I read that too. Kinda puts a perspective on just how little land really is taken up by people. Even if it is 2 states for all the people to live in, that still leaves a whopping % of land unused and untouched. Depopulationists love to claim,we are running out of room, and are a blight onmthe world because o f “all our pollution and agriculture” and they love to make it seem like just a few billion more folks will overwhelm the earth” but. Nothing could be further from The truth
