Durham has shed more light on the Russian hoax than anyone and he has actually taken considerable obvious action. That said, it has taken a long time and no one has gone to jail yet but I give him credit for his accomplishments to date. I will continue to trust him but he needs to get results.

The cases are different. In the Sussmann matter the conflict arises because the judge has personal connections to some of the parties.
