Sounds like a Russian government source to me.
You may need to reread her post. It is an interview of a French medic who went to Ukraine TO HELP THE UKRAINIANS. He was on THEIR side. She did not do the interview. The medic was shocked at what he saw and was brave enough to go public with it.
She had absolutely nothing to do with the interview. She just shared it. It appears to come from a TV interview though it could be some other forum. I grant you that had she been a Ukrainian sympathizer she would probably have just kept it to herself...:-)
