Yes, that's a great start, but we must also purge the voter rolls after every quadrennial federal election AND everybody must re-register in person AND purple ink-stained fingers after voting AND in-person voting only (with true absentee for justifiable hardship cases) AND end "motor-voter" registration AND end same-day registration AND required all voting machine software to be open-source, AND, AND, AND.
