An air display that was supposed to include warplanes roaring over Moscow in a flying Z – the main symbol of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine – was cancelled at the last minute.

Clearly it wasn't the weather any more than it was an accident and storm that sank the Moscva, and it wasn't just Moscow, the the flyovers were cancelled in other cities too. There must have been some I&W that there was a MANPADS threat.

As for the missing "Z" symbols, maybe they have figured out that much of the world sees it as a "neo swastika".
