By the time they finally got the guys (after decades of blatant racketeering including murder) into the courtroom they were so old they were drooling on their suits and the defense counsel was screaming “non compos mentis”!
I tend to agree with you. It reminds me of the Jimmy Hoffa case.
If they finally find out what happened, the perps will have been dead for a while now, and the only folks who care will be those watching the History Channel.
