It could be separate decisions. Live Bush vs. Gore. One decision was 5-4 and one was 7-2.
If Roberts was against sending Roe back to the states I will bet that NOW he joins the side of sending Roe back to the states just to prove a point that the MOB does not rule!! Sending it back to the states was going to win anyway Roberts will now join the winning side!!
It’s possible that no justice or clerk leaked these things, but that the Supreme Court is under surveillance by intelligence agencies. In fact, I’d be surprised if it wasn’t. The motive for the leaks is to energize the left, and build opposition to Republican candidates in the coming election. You can already see the Democrats using this to raise money and with Warren saying that this will be on the ballot in November. Sadly, I think she’s right.

I’m convinced Roberts is the source of the leak.
It’s also about squashing the release of 2000 Mules, the documentary about how the election was stolen.
Of course I never thought they would rule abortion was illegal I knew it would be brought back to the states!!
