My guess is whatever traitor leaked this was probably dumb enough to use a SCOTUS copier that counts the number of copies made, and they just have to see whose login made the copies by number of pages printed. Stats from copiers should hopefully settle this quickly.
If true, this could develop into a forced resignation or impeachment of Sotomayor. And contrary to much of the immediate legal commentary, federal criminal charges are possible on a number of theories.
