The Supreme Court has its own police force. The investigator is the SC Marshal, not US marshal. The SC Marshal found out about the leak very quickly and ordered fence barricades around the building within a short time.
You’re absolutely right. My mistake- although on my ride home the radio reported U.S.Marshal - they may be misreporting.
