This was leaked because some lefty/feminazi/lesbian clerk of one of the liberal justices decided they were going to “save abortion” by leaking this and hoping that the ensuing firestorm will cause a Kav or a Barrett to back off.

This is just too coincidental. The left is losing support everywhere and fast. The one issue that they see as being their salvation is abortion. And voila, here it is.
I don’t see gutless Roberts and gutless Kavanaugh ever making such a bold ruling as this. Moreover, on such an important decision as this the Senior justice would write the majority opinion. Without Roberts voting with the majority that means Thomas would write this opinion. I can’t imagine he would not write this opinion,
Also, evening this is Aloto, how do we know this isn’t a dissent and he isn’t in the minority.
