Good question. I saw an article a short while back questioning the legality of her continuing in this position while hired by MSNBC... I’ll look for it..

OK.. it was a FOX News article, and questioned the ethics, not the legality of it: "Psaki grilled over conducting job negotiations with MSNBC while serving as press secretary Psaki says she has received 'rigorous ethics counseling"
