Why does today’s left have such a problem with free speech? That’s kinda like asking why fascists have such a problem with free speech. The question answers itself.
Oh, they love freedom of speech - for themselves. They’ll even burn, loot and murder to express themselves. We’ve seen that. They just can’t compete with alternative speech, especially if they don’t like it, especially if they’re told they’re wrong.
