I think Vance would be more like Portnan.
Vance seems much more adaptable to saying what is desired from election to election.

I don’t think so. He seems pretty honest to me and he seems more aligned with the working folks. I don’t think Mandel can win the general.

Vance’s opposition to Trump in 2016 seems to show clearly that he does not support working folks.
I think his hillbilly elegy is a coy denunciation of working folks.

Vance changed his mind on Trump when Trump actually kept his promises. The fact that Trump is aware of where Vanc stood and where he stands after was enough reason for him to endorse him.
