Barr grandfathered Durham because he thought Trump would be long gone by 2024 and Durham would tarnish the RAT brand enough to let some RINO GOPe candidate win in 2024. Surprise... Trump’s not gone.
There is a fatal flaw in Durham’s appointment. He’s not fronm outside the government. That qualification appears in DOJ’s Special Counsel regulations.
