She needs to play a different game. They are trying to accuse her of committing a felony. She has not been charged with that. She does not have to answer questions that would “incriminate” her.
I am not sure what the correct strategy is, but going into court and answering their questions is the wrong strategy.
She needs to do an immediate interlocutory appeal of this ridiculous decision to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals which I believe has a substantial majority R.
