All foreign aid money to Ukraine, and the US has spent gazillions, gets instantly siphoned off to Soros NGOs, personal pockets of criminals in Ukraine, and no doubt a good amount back to the US politicians that voted for it.
Exactly no telling just how corrupt the entire country is,tough place to navigate.
