Not probably. Co-pilots (first officers) are required to hold the same level of certificate as the pilot in the left seat, specifically an ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) rating, which is the highest rating required to fly large commercial aircraft (B747 etc.) and must be fully qualified to take over the aircraft as the PIC (Pilot in Command).

First Officers, though almost all having an ATP are not required to hold the same type rating as the Captain on the particular aircraft.
