I had it in my knee. It out an entire month long vacation in the trash. All that worked was rest and naproxin. It hurt like nothing I have ever had before.
I can’t walk more than a hundred yards before the pain gets so bad I have to stop. Nothing, including cortisone shots, has helped. Hoping for a solution from folks who have had similar problems.
