I don't know if the other poster's descriptions are accurate; I am not in FL, and I don't know what Desantis's personality is like. I do like his policies and his penchant for taking the fight to the Democrats. Like Trump, he isn't cotent to play the GOP game of getting along.

Even with whatever shortcomings he MAY have, he's the kind of leader we need.
