I walk 30 mins a day and walk 27 holes of golf a week. May as well have fun while you excercise.
42 minutes per day.
I’ve got healing for chronic conditions with magna-therapy (magnets inside a arm/leg wrap) but it’s not comfortable to wear a wrap for very long so I used them mostly at night.
Figured it worked to speed healing for small stuff and my hip was like that of a 90 year old man (knew when it was going to rain, sitting too long caused temporary arthritis). My hip was so chronic it took about 3-4 months to heal, trying to hover over it while sleeping.
Also I noticed better results when I’d take a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral. Sometimes with arm or leg wraps heat would build by the morning forcing me to remove them. More research indicated the minerals all have magnetic properties which helped speed healing and occasionally if more than 7 hours the warming to almost burning sensation, similar to when part of your body goes to sleep.
They used to sell the magna-therapy in drugstores, but last time I couldn’t find so bought online.
Recently I’ve also tried CBD oil, it works great too and still passed my drug tests.
I’m a fast burn as well. Same weight today as was in high school. I also eat what I want... I don’t expect that will change much. Older now I do find my stamina isn’t what it once was though i suspect that does drop as we age it does get annoying when a chore that once went swiftly now takes longer to complete.
In the winter I go to a large nearby retail store and walk - also swim at a Hotel swim pool for just $5 for the day...go there a couple or so times a week. An off hours I have the pool to myself.
That sounds like a good routine. I used to use an elliptical, but then I started having trouble with my feet - I just couldn’t do 40 minutes like my fitness coach told me- it wore my feet out. Now I use a bike at home and walking.
I’d suggest if you do a 30 minute work out instead of doing that everyday to one day of exercise and then lay off for one day to rest.
One day on, one day off.
