I’ve been to more than a few USCG all hands on deck meetings when I was a consultant at USCG HQ was on Half Street not far from the Washington Nationals baseball stadium. Funny we needed to use the army base facility next door to hold the number of attendees.

It occurs to me that they could thwart Musk by getting some Leftist billionaires to buy them out first (at a premium), and then go private. Maybe Gates or Bezos will play ball.
