Hype without information is just hype.
Stroke and blood clot symptoms, unless the clot forms someplace where it doesn’t block the flow then breaks loose and lodges in a coronary artery. Then it’s just sudden death with no symptoms at all.
And blood clots are a known, admitted and documented side effect of these shots. As are myocarditis and pericarditis, but those manifest as chest pain and shortness of breath. You have to be mightily uninformed or completely dishonest not to acknowledge the relationship between the shots and those conditions at this point.
