What it really was, was a racial black attacking a white hate crime.
What logic the cops used threatening to arrest the victim is beyond me....I’m thinking the suit should name them as well.
Hate crime law is supposed to protect all races. Yet honestly it seems to not apply to those with light colored skin, or rarely.
