At the link, a photograph of Biden holding his literal Cheat Sheet of agreed upon in advance questions and carefully planned answers.
The White House decides what questions be asked, down to the exact wording, and formulates carefully the reply so that Biden doesn't have to think at all. Which is good because he can't think at all. An absolute farce of a "press conference" and "Q&A"
Do you think the press would agree to this for Trump if he gets reelected?
