March 5th? I think this has passed its sell-by date.
And yet here I sit just wanting ONE of those shoulder-fired missiles. And still I have none.
I’ve got a bad feeling about this. Soon you will see commercial airliners brought down in acts of terrorism all over Europe.
Another reason to not fly.
I promise you some of these will be smuggled back into the US and used on airplanes
I suspect that the good ones have built in use by deactivation and possibly geofencing.
Over under on how long till they shoot a NATO plane or airliner and claim it was Russia?
For sure. I could use one for my commie British neighbor up the hill.
‘I promise you some of these will be smuggled back into the US and used on airplanes’
Or into China and already used on an airplane
My thought exactly. The consequences of involving ourselves with a deeply corrupt Ukraine may be far reaching. How did arming and supporting the mujahadeen in Afghanistan work out for us?
On another point. They want our guns but send heavy weapons to foreigners.
Go to the big loophole at the gun show /s.
[I’ve got a bad feeling about this. Soon you will see commercial airliners brought down in acts of terrorism all over Europe.]
The Beirut bombing killed hundreds of Marines. The Oklahoma City bombing killed hundreds of civilians, and that was just a Ryder truck. A full-sized semi packed with fertilizer could kill tens of thousands by bringing an entire skyscraper down on top of its neighbors.
They will be heading into the black market, and US carriers will be the targets as long as their is a supply of batteries, or a power source can be jury-rigged.
Yes, I worked this issue while assigned with the IC.
There are some weapons we have no business exporting without solid controls. This is one of them. But we never learn.
I posted this on the 5th I believe.
That was my first thought. Chain of custody is tough in a live fire situation. Not to mention the corruption on both sides.
The Switchblade is a guided suicide drone that
is like a cruise missile. It can be steered
by soldier looking at a small screen.
The switchblade can hit troops who think that
they are safe because they are in a WW1 type
trench. The Switchblade can dive straight down
into the trench.
There are 2 models the sw300 and sw600
the latter has a shape charge that can take
out a tank. The sw300 can even go thru a window
and blow up targets.
Ukraine needs Tow anti-ship missile to sink
Russian ships so that can’t attack Odessa.
Also, Surface to air SS300 missiles would
take out high flying Migs that the stingers
cannot hit because its got limited range to
about 10,000 feet.
I doubt it. I recently talked to someone who was in a position to import “Stuff”,
They didn’t, Others did and went to prison,
“I’ve got a bad feeling about this. Soon you will see commercial airliners brought down in acts of terrorism all over Europe.”
That will occur because of all the arms left for the Talliban!
