However, when Mr. Trump was president, the Deep State routinely ignored his decisions and pursued their own interests (remember all of the different government officials he had to fire?). The Deep State will do exactly the same thing with Diaper Joe, if they disagree with his decisions...

Let me clarify that Joe’s ‘condition’ doesn’t allow him to thide the truth unless it;s written out for him - everytime he blurts something out like he did here it’s atually the truth....not a gaffe.
My sister had a cogniitive issue and would often express private things she would not normally have spurted out - but they were the truth when she did.

I watched him for the last 40 years, because he showed himself to be corrupt about 1982. I have no reason to believe he became less corrupt, and every reason to believe he has become moreso.
40 years ago, he appeared reasonably intelligent. Not as smart as Reagan, or even as smart as Bill Clinton, but probably as smart as Manchin and smarter than Pelosi. But a man has to be smarter than a woman in politics, these days.
His intellect has greatly declined.
