I think it is an assembly line of torture. The ones who have just arrived are so far only shot in the legs. You can see bright red very fresh blood on the legs of many of the others indicating they were also just shot on arrival.

But look at the knees and angle of feett on the others who have been there longer.
A strong majority have life changing injuries on their knees, with their feet turned at a degree only possible if their leg has been twisted.
I think it is possible they are all given life changing knee injuries after being shot. They certainly appear to be in shock. I accept that they may have other wounds from war but the percentage with the twisted knee is overwhelming.

So if you think events can be staged by the Russians for propaganda purposes, then you have to agree that much of what we’ve seen coming out of Ukraine is Ukrainian propaganda that was staged to manipulate the public. It certainly worked in your case.

There are always going to be a few idiots when thousands/millions of people are involved. Shooting prisoners to maim them is wrong. Killing civilians like US soldiers did in Iraq and Afghanistan was obviously wrong, too.

Neither side deserves to be supported for its virtue, but it’s the way support is ginned up for the moronic masses. The real motives aren’t cut and dried and never stated. So what’s really going on? Yes. I deliberately did not use the term and even typed it and deleted it, because that triggers an emotional response in people.

There are sadists in every population, every war, every military, every conflict. It is part of a deeper component to our makeup as human beings, it is evil. It is only the unit structure that keeps it from being more widespread, and even then.

This is not isolated, though. This is a unit action, so it is sanctioned to at least some level above. Given what we know about the Soviet Union and its former components, it could go far up the chain.

We also need to keep in mind this is a video with no information. It could be a wholly propagandized setup by either side. By the Russians to show the evil of the Ukrainians, or by the Ukrainians to show their population what happens to invading Russians and to demoralize the Russians.

We simply don’t know. But whoever those guys on the ground are with bullets in their legs, and whoever is doing the shooting and the filming...they know.
