I have to call bs. No one in their right mind would have keys with 20 year non revokable expiration dates.

And if they did how would hunter get them

they were planted...keyss are used from both ways. FBI via NSA was watching him and they keys were used too send data back home. as I have stated a couple times someone was watching him and now has the goods to pull any string they want.

I’m in the industry, and I’m not even clear what this means.

It could mean absolutely nothing, or quite a lot.

If it’s a certificate date of expiration, I could see the US Government issuing one for itself that was long term, and using it means something could be cached on your computer, but this is harmless. You use it for secure communication, but all sites have them.

Someone at DoD supplied them?

I would think you could just re-encrypt all your data, but then everyone with proper clearance and need to know would have to be issued new keys.
