“...United States has no constitutional right enshrining the freedom to transact....”

The US Constitution does enshrine what WE (the people) can do, it limits what the Federal government can do. If it’s not in the constitution, then it goes to the state constitutions or the localities.

Otherwise, the people are free to live their lives as they see fit including the freedom to “transact” between each other.
