Look up “exorbitant privilege” and you see the long running criticism of the US dollar. Americans will not be used to living as the rest of the world must, it will be a shock.
It almost looks like dementia.
The BRICS nations are working together. If this surprises anyone, they need to wake up - these countries are honestly not our friends. Any of them.
Toss the Saudis in that pile as well.
Think 1939, and change a few nations names.
The end of the Dollar as the world’s currency was coming anyway. We just accelerated it, GREATLY, by trying to get cute with Ukraine.
