The Russian Federation is conducting a "mobilization" in the occupied Donbas, panic moods are spreading in the units due to a large shortage of manpower
This is reported by the General Staff of the armed forces of Ukraine, reports censor.No.
"The management of educational institutions (technical schools, institutes) called students over the age of 18 for the so-called Registration. Today, the overwhelming majority of the personnel of the 1st AK are the mobilized population of the temporarily occupied territories," the report says.
At the same time, the moral and psychological state of the personnel is extremely low, most of those mobilized have no experience and desire to participate in combat operations. The equipment of those called up by the invaders is outdated.
In the units based on those called up for mobilization, panic moods are spreading due to a large shortage of manpower, weapons and equipment.

I heard a general say that Russia doesn’t really control those areas in red on the maps. It just means they are on the roadways.
Other reports say that they are pulling guys off the street in those newly recognized “Republics”, and sending them right into combat, along the lines of “send the new guy out there, so we can see where the fire is coming from”.
It looks like the Russians are digging in to reduce their casualties, and will try to use non-Russians (including the whole male LDR/DNR population, Syrians, Libyans, Chechens, Belarussians, etc.) as cannon fodder (as they become available) to try to attrit the Ukrainian Military.
Tune into the The Duran, Alex Christoforou, Alexander Mercouris and Gonzaolo Lira on YouTube and other sources for the truth. Than compare it to this propaganda and see how much you're being lied to.
I’m not sure these Russian propaganda sources will reveal truth:
Wiki spooks says:
“The Duran is a media outlet that focuses on realpolitik news and analysis and was created in May 2016 after Peter Lavelle severed his ties with Russia Insider.
Cyprus-based DRN Media PLC owns The Duran, its President and Chairman is Alex Christoforou and its Editor-in-Chief is Alexander Mercouris.”
Another reference states:
“The Duran is apparently considered a questionable source based on far-right-wing bias; promotion of Russian propaganda and right-wing conspiracies; a lack of transparency; use of poor sources plagiarism and failed fact checks.
Founded in 2016, The Duran is a strongly right-leaning news and opinion website with ties to Russian state media. Based in Cyprus, the website’s editor is Alexander Mercouris, who in 2012 was disbarred as an attorney in London. According to the Telegraph, he then went on to become a “pro-Russian commentator on world affairs for Russian TV news outlets and websites.”
The Duran’s director is Peter Lavelle, the host of RT’s (Russian state news outlet) political debate program CrossTalk.
In 2018, the right-leaning Weekly Standard accused The Duran of peddling Russian “Fake News.” The website does not provide an about page, mission statement, funding, or obvious ownership information.”
Alex Christoforou [https://therussophile.org/author/alex-christoforou/] with disclainer on his comments: “The statements, views and opinions expressed in this column are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of this site.”
Alexander Mercouris, is the website ‘The Duran’ editor with ties to Russian state media. Alexander Mercouris was disbarred in 2012 as an attorney in London. According to the Telegraph, he then went on to become a “pro-Russian commentator on world affairs for Russian TV news outlets and websites.”
